1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

• Customers may cancel their service request or project up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.

• Cancellations made after work has begun, or after service resources have been allocated, will not be eligible for a refund.

• If cancellation is requested after a technician/agent has been assigned or dispatched (if applicable), no refund will be granted.

• In cases of service delay, unavailability of staff, or unforeseen company-side issues, customers may request either:

  • A rescheduled appointment, or

  • A full refund (subject to approval)

2. Refund Process

Once approved:

• Refunds will be credited within 7 working days via the original payment method.

• Code Query is not responsible for delays caused by banks, UPI networks, or third-party payment processors.

The following services/products are strictly non-refundable:

• Services or development work already delivered or completed

• Ongoing projects where design, development, or resource allocation has begun

• AMC plans, subscription plans, or premium service packages

• Services/products purchased under discounts, promotions, or special offers

• Any service where digital assets, code, third-party resources, or configurations have already been delivered

4. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may be approved only under special circumstances, such as:

• Work partially completed due to technical limitations

• Service interrupted due to unavoidable operational concerns

• Situations where the company determines partial compensation is fair
