1. Services Provided

Code Query provides digital products, software solutions, service management systems, SaaS platforms, and related IT development services.
Features, pricing, and offerings may change without prior notice.

2. Booking, Orders & Payments

All service/product bookings must be made through our official website, phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Payments can be made online via UPI, Card, Net Banking, Wallet, or any available payment option.
Prices mentioned on the website/app may not include GST unless specified.
In some cases, advance payment may be required.
Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation or delay of services.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service or project start.
If a project/service has already begun or resources have been allocated, cancellation charges will apply.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.
No refund will be provided once development work has started or if the digital product/service is delivered.
AMC or subscription plans are non-refundable, but they may be transferable (case-to-case basis).

4. Service Warranty

Service warranty depends on the service/product package selected.
Warranty does not include issues arising from:
- Customer’s misuse
- Unauthorized modifications
- Third-party interference
- External damage

5. Liability

Code Query is not responsible for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Delays due to technical failures, server issues, or third-party dependencies
- Loss of data due to user negligence
Users are responsible for the safety of their devices, accounts, and login credentials.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate information when requesting any service.
Maintain proper communication and accessibility for service execution.
Not misuse or share proprietary software, licenses, or system accesses.

7. Payment Responsibility

All payments must be made only to Querycode Techno Pvt. Ltd. official accounts.
Direct payments to any developer/technician/employee are not allowed.
(If done, the company is not responsible.)
Invoice/digital receipts are sent via email or WhatsApp.

8. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy.
Personal information is kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes.
We do not sell or share user data with third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, software, and materials provided by Code Query remain the intellectual property of Querycode Techno Pvt. Ltd., unless stated otherwise.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the Patna Courts / Bihar Courts unless stated otherwise.
